✅ Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (your order number or receipt)

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or worn items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Custom or made-to-order products

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@dwellwell.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💰 Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s been processed.
